How can I purchase a print?

To buy a print, simply click on the "ORDER NOW!" button on the website.

Once clicked, you can contact me via email and provide the details of your order:

Print title
Size
Postal address, in case you want to ship outside the city of Florence or internationally.

If I buy multiple prints, does the shipping cost double?

No, if you purchase multiple prints, the shipping cost is calculated as if it were a single print.
The cost may only vary if the number of prints affects the weight. In that case, you will be contacted directly and informed of any additional costs.

What payment methods can be used to pay for the prints?

The prints can be purchased by:

transferring the print cost via bank transfer
or by paying through Paypal

All the payment details will be provided via email once the request is made.

How soon will I receive my print?

10 business days: if the shipping address is within the national territory.
15 business days: if the shipping address is within European territory.

What does "interactive AR (Augmented Reality) artworks" mean?

AR stands for Augmented Reality. It's a technology that utilizes the displays of mobile devices to add information to what we see and create an even more engaging experience with the artwork.

In some cases, it involves videos, while in others, you can view the illustration in various 3D layers.

How can I view the AR version of the prints?

It's very simple. When you purchase an AR print (not all illustrations are designed with this technology), you will be sent the QR code that will allow you to view the print with this technology. All you have to do is allow the use of the camera, choose the corresponding artwork from the screen by swiping the images with your finger, and finally, hold your mobile device in front of the print.

Are all the prints interactive through AR?

No, only some of them are interactive. Those viewable in AR are indicated in the inventory. For any doubts, please write to stanoaurora@gmail.com.

Do I need to download an app to view the illustration in augmented reality?

No, you don't need to download an app to view the illustration in augmented reality. You can simply use your device's web browser and scan the provided QR code to access the augmented reality experience associated with the artwork.
