As human beings, we are multifaceted, and many of our aspects are not visible to the naked eye. It's rather ironic that I chose visual art as a means to try to express concepts that cannot be perceived directly, yet I embraced this challenge nonetheless!
The illustrations presented on this website were exhibited in a solo show in Sesto Fiorentino, from September 2nd to September 16th, 2023. They represent the result of an inner journey through pains, uncertainties, and vulnerabilities, but also of love and trust in ourselves or in what we aspire to become.
Beyond the aesthetic aspect of each illustration, the part that allowed me to grow the most was letting go of the idea of beauty at all costs, enabling me to express myself freely, following what my mind and instinct suggested. What truly makes our art and our humanity unique is not just the end result of what we create but also the stories, processes, and paths we choose to follow, even those that are sometimes imposed upon us. This unmistakable and irreplaceable aspect is what sets each of us apart.
The exhibition I present to you is an ever-evolving process, a tool that has contributed, at least in part, to help me better understand myself. I hope it can also be a different way for you to stimulate reflections and thoughts that aim to go beyond the surface.

Each panel represents a fundamental step in the artist's journey of inner and psychic exploration. These panels capture the emotions, moments of difficulty, the relationship with oneself, and with significant family members. Each illustration has been a tool for exploring one's mental state and deriving useful lessons from it.
On the technical side, most of the illustrations were created through digital drawing, and then printed on 300 gsm hammered paper to create a traditional and textural effect.
The prints exhibited in the show are available for purchase by contacting the artist directly.
Below, you will find all the details along with an inventory of the works available for paper reproduction.

This exhibition has aimed to incorporate Augmented Reality (AR) to make the exhibition even more engaging and interactive.
AR (Augmented Reality) is a technology that combines the real world with virtual elements to enhance the visitor's experience.
Some illustrations allow for interaction, and this is achieved simply by scanning a QR code and then placing the mobile device in front of the corresponding artwork. Curious to see the effect? Visit the AR section by clicking the button below.
