My name is Aurora, and I've been working as an illustrator professionally for over 5 years. Ever since I was a child, I've been drawing, surrounded by a family deeply immersed in the world of art. After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts, I worked as a scientific illustrator for the University of Perugia and more recently for Walt Disney, as well as for both small and large companies. I could go on and on about what I've done and who I've worked for, but does that really interest you? Instead, I'd like to take this space to share something that's more important to me...

We are more than a label

Aurora is not just her job and the companies she has collaborated with; she has a thousand facets, just like you reading this right now. For example, Aurora loves to travel and explore new cultures. As soon as she could, at the age of 17, she took her first trip to Japan because she was fascinated by the culture, so different from our own. She's been to Spain, Tanzania, and the Amazon, just like an explorer! Life itself is a journey that doesn't always go as one would expect. There's suffering, parting with important people, love, pain, and uncertainty. Plus, you fall many times along the way. It's precisely from those falls that these illustrations are born!

This exhibition is about me, but it's for you! For you, who don't just look at appearances. For you, who might feel different or who haven't felt listened to in the past. For you, who wish to look inside yourself more often. For you, who know that everyone's essence resides deep within and is often invisible.
